Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). The customer is will pay original and return shipping for new unopened items that are being returned due to no fault of Daily Grind Health. Most items not eligible for return will so indicate on their product page.
You should expect a refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. The refund will often be issued much quicker. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund in situations where the product is shipped back damaged, and needs repairs. In these instances, we will issue a full refund less the cost of the repairs.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We ship to the continental United States. We offer FREE shipping on many of our orders! Some of our products are assembled as they are bought, then shipped. For products that require assembly on our end before shipping, shipping and handling times may be as long as one week, up to as long as 5 weeks depending on the product, and number of orders ahead of you in the queue.
